Never lose a lead.
Every missed call texted back. Every web form answered in minutes. Every estimate followed up until it is won, lost or explained. Every finished job asked for a review. Automatically, in your voice, on the Fieldstone platform — with a person taking over the moment the customer replies.
Scoped on a growth call. Monthly, cancel anytime. Part of Run better.

Thirty-seven open estimates nobody followed up on.
Picture a plumbing company — any owner-led service business, really. Busy spring. The phone rings, the crews are out, quotes go out the same day because the owner is good at this. Then a month later someone opens the quoting software and counts: thirty-seven estimates marked “sent” with nothing after them. Not lost. Not won. Just quiet.
Nobody did anything wrong. Everyone was working. Follow-up was simply nobody’s job, so it happened when someone remembered — which, in a busy month, is never. Some of those customers hired the second company that called back. Some are still waiting to be asked.
That is the leak this service closes. Not with more marketing at the top — with a schedule at the bottom that runs whether or not anyone remembers.

Powered by the
Fieldstone platform.
The Fieldstone platform is our configured CRM, inbox and automation stack. It is built on HighLevel. We say that once, plainly, because you should know what you are buying — and because the platform is not the point.
The point is the process it runs: who gets answered, how fast, with what words, and what happens when they don’t reply. That is designed with you, written in your voice and kept working by a person who reads your scorecard every month. The software is the enforcement.
Your account, your business number, your contacts. If you ever leave, the data comes with you. Your scorecard, pipeline and work in progress live in the client portal at app.fieldstone.digital.
How it rolls out.
Week 1
Map & set up
The mapping session. Your number, inbox and pipeline stages set up; contacts imported; the team on the app.
Week 2
Follow-up goes live
Missed-call text-back and instant form reply, written with you and tested on your own phones. Estimate follow-up drafted.
Week 3
Reviews, nurture, reactivation
Review requests wired to job close. Nurture and reactivation drafted and scheduled. Team trained on the pipeline.
Week 4
Scorecard & first review
Dashboards live in the portal. First read of the numbers together, then monthly from there.
The first automations are usually live inside two weeks. The timeline stretches with the number of people, locations and workflows — which is exactly what the growth call is for.
What it costs.
Scoped on a growth call. Monthly, cancel anytime.
There is no single price on this page because the honest answer depends on how many people answer the phone, how many locations you run and how many workflows we are building. You get the number in writing after the call, before anything starts. Fieldstone Systems is a monthly service with no annual contract.
Not sure yet? The Growth Assessment scores Systems alongside Market, Demand and Operations, so you know whether follow-up is really the constraint before you buy the fix.

Is this just a CRM?
The CRM is in there, but you are not buying software. You are buying a follow-up process — who gets answered, how fast, by whom, with what message — designed with you and then run by the platform so it happens every time. The tool without the process is what most businesses already own and don’t use.
What is the Fieldstone platform built on?
HighLevel. We configure it, write the sequences, build the pipeline and dashboards, and run it for you. Every client has their own account, their own number and their own data. We name the platform because you should know what you are buying; what you are paying for is the process and the person who keeps it working.
Will the messages sound like a robot?
No. Every message is written with you, in your voice, and every sequence stops the moment the customer replies so a person takes over. Automation handles the timing. People handle the conversation.
We already have a CRM. Do we have to switch?
Not automatically. If your current tool can run the process we design — and your team actually uses it — we build on it, whether that’s ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, another CRM or the Fieldstone platform; in a lot of cases we can configure the CRM you’re already on directly. If it can’t run the process, we move you over and bring your contacts with you. That decision is made after the mapping session, not before.
What does it cost?
It is scoped on a growth call and put in writing before you spend anything. Fieldstone Systems is monthly, cancel anytime. The scope depends on how many people, locations and workflows are involved, which is why there is no single price on this page.
How is this different from the AI & automation audit?
The audit is a short, scoped engagement that maps where hours are leaking and ranks automations by payback. This is the ongoing service that builds and runs the follow-up system. Many businesses do the audit first; some go straight to this because the leak is obvious.
Does this matter if I'm planning to sell the business?
More than most owners expect. Clean CRM data, a documented follow-up process and visible recurring revenue — memberships, agreements, repeat customers — are exactly what a buyer's due diligence looks for, and what makes the business run without the owner in the middle of every lead. If a sale, an acquisition or bringing in a buyer's diligence team is on the horizon, see Exit & acquisition readiness under Grow stronger.
