How do refunds work?
The Digital Visibility Audit carries a full-refund guarantee. Email us and tell us why it didn't work for you; refunds are processed without a retention pitch or a request to explain yourself further.
Can I ask about a business you haven't scored yet?
Yes. If you're deciding whether the free score, the paid audit, or a growth call is the better starting point for your situation, that's a normal question to send in before doing any of them.
